At Gems Kids Club, we strive to provide enjoyable and educational experiences for children and families. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes refunds are necessary. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options regarding ticket purchases.
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation by Gems Kids Club: If an event is canceled by Gems Kids Club, you will automatically receive a full refund.
Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the rescheduled date announcement.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or attendees who arrive late and miss a portion of the event.
